After a great birthday celebration and a long break from cooking, I had to find back the spirit, strength and energy to make the kitchen smoke again...
So I tried to do mee rebus as thought by Kak Intan a neighbor staying above us. I always like her mee rebus so I decided to make a try before she went back to Malaysia for her son's wedding.
So here it goes the recipe without any proper measurement. Ikut suka la nak campak banyak mana ek.... Enjoy!!
Ingredients:-
Dried chilies - blend
Onion - blend
Garlic - blend
Ginger - blend
Dried shrimp - blend

Dried chilies - blend
Onion - blend
Garlic - blend

Dried shrimp - blend
Prawn
Sweet potato - boil & blend
Tomato Sauce
Chicken cube
Salt & sugar
Methods :-
1. Heat oil, stir-fry all blended ingredients until oil rises except dried shrimp and sweet potato.
2. Put in blended dried shrimp and stir well.
3. Add in tomato sauce, salt, sugar and chicken cube. Adjust seasoning to taste.
4. Add in the beef and prawn and let it cook for a while.
5. Pour the stock from the beef and blended sweet potato. Adjust the thickness to your liking.
6. Dish up into a bowl and serve with fish cake, mustard greens, bean sprouts, bean curd, red chilies and boiled egg.
7. Ready to eat....
