She has big round eyes but a flat nose :(.....

Today Erica turns 6 months old. As I look at her I wonder how time flies. Last year when we first came to Sudan it is just the 3 of us. And now Erica came and bring joy to us.
Erica Reeda was a name that hubby and I chose. Hubby really likes the name and he wanted Erica to have it. Since Ehsan's second name followed hubby I decided that Erica should have the same. But putting Reezal after Erica doesn't sound right for a girl. After surfing around we found the name and decided to combine it to be ERICA REEDA.
ERICA is Old Norse (the Germanis Language spoken by the inhabitants of Scandinavia) for "ever powerful" or "ruler of the people." It is also the name of a yellow German flower.
REEDA means favoured by God and it is an arabic name
Erica has already started rolling over by herself and hopefully she will start crawling soon. She likes to smile to everybody. She also has the same style of sleeping like Ehsan - meniarap! All in all her development is good and we are happy for her.
In conclusion, Erica means a "powerful ruler favoured by God"... But I hope when she grows up takde la jadi ketua yg power sangat... Kang susah lak nak dapat boyfriend...

Thanks Salina, They grow up so fast! and she looks and _smells_ great in the mornings. She seems to be more attentive and knowing at her age, compared to Ehsan.
BTW, Ehsan is a caring brother. Problem is he gets geram just like th parents and tends to go overboard and slaps/bites Erica... oh well...!
